spinach-1 bunch sliced potato-1 cut in small pieces mustard zeera dry red chilli pieces-4 to 5 curry leaves-4 to 5 urad dal-1 tbsp hing powder-a pinch sait to taste
*first take spinach and clean it and cut it. *Now take a pan and add oil and heat the oil then add mustard seeds,hing,zeera,red chilli,curry leaves,urad dal. *Then after frying it properly add potato pieces and fry them until they r cooked. *Now add spinach and cook it for 2 min and then add salt into it and fry it till the water disappears. *Then spinach potato curry is ready.
